By the beautiful Lyngenfjord in Northern-Norway, we strive to offer a unique and tasty dining experience you won’t find anywhere else in this world.
Our new restaurant opened in the winter of 2020, offering catering to our overnight guests and other visitors. The architecture of the building reflects the Lyngen Alps and the glass igloos. The restaurant was designed by architects at Norgeshus AS.
In our restaurant, you can relax and enjoy the view while our excellent chef, Sindre, prepares exquisite dishes. With over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Sindre's expertise shines through in the food served at Restaurant Solvind.
The menu is tailored to the seasons and includes Norwegian traditional dishes with a "little extra" - a mix of world food cultures. Our goal is to use local ingredients as much as possible.
Price for a 3-course meal is 750 NOK per person.
