Olderdalen is the municipal center for Kåfjord municipality, here live around 330 inhabitants and you will find town hall, school, kindergarten, dentist, car repair shop, Kåfjord church, café, sports hall and library.
It is possible to go hiking on well-marked roads and easy terrain in summer. In winter, skiing is possible for the experienced. Remember to check the avalanche danger before you start the hike!
