Lyngen Fjordbuer
Overlooking the Lyngenfjord and stunning views towards the Lyngenalps, lies Lyngen Fjordbuer. The houses have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a sauna next to the bath and three bedrooms upstairs, with 6 beds.
Lyngen Fjordbuer is located down by the fjord in Nordmannvik, northeast in the Lyngenfjord region. The houses are comfortably furnished and you have an amazing view of the Lyngenalps on the other side of the fjord. Ingar Lyngmo, the owner, is also a natureguide and knows the area well – he will give you tips as to where you can go.
During the summer, Lyngen Fjordbuer, is a good startingpoint for a fishing holiday. Here you can rent a boat and there is a guttingshed with equipment and freezers that can be used.
Wintertime you can view the northern lights dancing over the Lyngen Alps from the houses and you can start a skiing trip just outside the door.
The two houses have large windows facing the fjord giving you a panorama view of the fjord and Lyngenalps, in addition they have a terrace facing the fjord. The houses have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a sauna next to the bath and three bedrooms upstairs, with 6 beds.
Lyngen Fjordbuer is approx. 190 km from Tromsø (approx. 90 km if travelling by the ferries). From the ferrypier in Olderdalen, drive 10 km north to Nordmannvik. When arriving Nordmannvik, drive across the bridge and soon on the right hand side you will see a small country store. Approx. 300m further you will see the Fjordbuer down by the fjord on the left hand side. If you continue north, 38 km, you will arrive in Storslett (the centre in Nordreisa with several shops) and Skjervøy, 58 km, a stopping point for the coastal steamer (Hurtigruten).
